EXPERT LED SESSIONS
Each retreat offers carefully curated daily expert led sessions to ensure you unlock your true Optimum.
Mike, the Retreat Facilitator, is a fully qualified Movement Trainer and Breath Work Master and Brit, the Restoration Expert, is a fully qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist.
We also partner with other incredible holistic therapists for our sound bath sessions and utilise equipment from our Optimum Lab such as Red Light panels and Acupressure Mats as part of our Restoration Pillar. -

LUXURY NATURE-LED ACCOMODATIONS
We carefully select beautiful, design-led accommodations immersed in nature; spaces designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.
Expect peaceful surroundings with access to scenic hikes, natural cold dips for those feeling brave enough, and sauna facilities where possible. Our retreats take place in locations that support both deep restoration and natural movement

ANCESTRAL NUTRITION
All meals are prepared by a local professional chef using whole, seasonal, locally sourced produce, designed to fuel your body and support optimal energy and recovery.
Expect nourishing breakfasts, lunches, and dinners rooted in ancestral nutrition principles, alongside daily essentials including filtered mineralised water, mould-free coffee, loose-leaf teas, mineral-rich broths, and fresh fruit.

Retreat Facilitator
Movement Trainer, Breathwork Coach & Community Builder, Mike is dedicated to helping people move, breathe, and live with more vitality, presence, and freedom.
A fully qualified Movement Trainer and Breathwork Master, he blends science-backed practice with real-world experience, guiding participants to strengthen, restore, and reconnect with their bodies. Mike’s sessions are accessible, adaptable, and designed to leave you feeling at your Optimum, whether you’re taking your first breathwork class or mastering advanced mobility.
The heart of Optimum’s movement and embodied practices, Mike creates a space where people can explore their limits safely, slow down when needed, and carry tools for lasting wellbeing long after the retreat ends.

BRIT MASTERSON
Restorative Practitioner
Brit is the anchor of restoration at Optimum. A fully qualified Reflexologist and Massage Therapist, she specialises in helping the body soften, release, and return to balance.
Her work is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when the body feels safe, supported, and listened to. Through years of hands-on practice, Brit has developed an intuitive, nurturing approach that blends technical skill with deep care.
At Optimum, Brit leads restoration practices and offers bodywork that supports recovery, relaxation, and nervous system regulation. Her sessions create space for stillness, often where the deepest shifts happen.
Brit’s presence is warm, calming, and deeply human; making it easy to slow down and let go.
